Research Showcase Digital Messaging

Objective: To celebrate student research while driving attendance for the university’s inaugural All-Majors Fair.

Strategy: High-traffic digital signage functions like a billboard, with only seconds to catch the viewer’s attention. Featuring student headshots and specific academic majors hooked related peers and visiting families.

Execution: I developed a fixed-anchor template for these slides. While the event details remained static, the student feature changed in its designated zone. The sense of motion could catch the eye without forcing the brain to re-process the event information. The resulting brand-compliant campaign respected the technical needs of representing the research yet maintained a human connection.
